Local computer store
I'm in the process of buying a new laptop, so i was checking Dell, Acer and HP web sites (Lenovo is way too expensive for me) in order to find a laptop that suits me and my budget. In the process of searching for a local provider, I get to this site, and I was surprised to see that
they only sell computers with Linux pre-installed (still dont know which distro, I'm hoping it's fedora).
Taking into a count that, this is not a city where something besides Windows or Microsoft is known, finding a store that sells only computers with Linux makes me feel that things are starting to change, and that FOSS is reaching even the smallest places (like my city). That is quite rewarding!.
This afternoon I'll be heading towards the store to check the laptops as they seem to be pretty new in the industry and yet they don't have the option to buy on their website (i might find a job oportunity here ^^)
